This release prepares new pay-item lists. Import into a new, empty estimate: B2W may remove existing items that are absent from an imported workbook.
Owner codes and source order are preserved. Blank and zero quantities remain distinct. Engineer's estimates stay out of the export unless you confirm a fixed price. Phase and alternate groupings need your confirmation.
Save a schedule to an organization project for staff-to-estimator handoff. Existing project roles control who can view and edit. Each person who starts processing needs Suite access or an invited office account. Personal projects remain private.
Sources and export history are stored privately with the project until you delete the schedule or project. Selected scan images may be sent to the configured vision provider. Saved reviews and downloads remain accessible if new processing is paused or your subscription ends.
